Daniel B. Elliott
Dan received his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2011 after passing the bar examination. He also graduated magna cum laude from Bellarmine University with a B.A. in political science in 2007. Dan is an alumnus of Boyle County High School where he graduated in 2003.
He clerked for the Commonwealth's Attorney's office during the summer between his second and third years of law school. In law school, Dan was a member of the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law and the 3L honor council. While in college, he spent the summer between his junior and senior years interning in the Washington, DC office of U.S. Senator Jim Bunning of Kentucky.
